GAFFNEY FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS
It's always great when a project comes together smoothly and the client is satisfied after the first round of options. Ms. Gaffney is a financial consultant who is starting her own firm and needed a memorable and professional logo and pursued me after she had tried an online logo creator and wanted something a little less cookie cutter.
OPTIONS
After a consult with the client as she had specifically stated that creativity was not her strong suit and so I provided three logos and then two typographic options for each of those. I went for an elegant design solution that utilized classic typography. I also wanted to stay away from typical financial icons and go a more abstract route.
FINAL DESIGN
The final design was an abstract collection of mathematical symbols combined within a circle. She went with a modern sans serif choice of typography and all in all the project was completed very quickly and with minimal back and forth.
